We need to receive the product and explanation before processing your refund or replacement and our money back guarantee will only be adhered to if the product you are sending back is at least 90% full. Our returns policy lasts for 14 days after purchase; however, we may still grant a refund or exchange in certain situations beyond 14 days.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Sale items: (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged goods: Please take a photo of the damaged parcel and goods and send this to us by email to organicsalchymeic.usa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel to enable us to claim postal insurance and replace your damaged goods.
